There is no form here and no account. A message is just an email, and a person reads it.

The alarm didn't ring Tell us even if you think it was your fault. This one we want to hear about immediately. Something's broken Anything that behaved wrongly, looked wrong, or got in your way. An idea Something you wish it did, or something that would make a morning easier. Something else A blank message to hello@dawnling.app. No prompts, no structure.

If the alarm is what went wrong, Settings, then Alarm reliability inside the app shows what your alarms actually did, as opposed to what they were allowed to do. Copying a line or two from there turns a guess into something we can fix.

That screen lives on your phone and is never sent anywhere unless you choose to paste it into a message yourself.

The support page covers the questions that come up most, including the settings that keep the alarm ringing on each platform. It is worth a look before writing, in case the answer is already there.
