The alarm log lives in the app under Settings, then Alarm reliability, and on this page it travels only when you paste it in yourself. Submissions go by email to the studio through its own mailbox; the privacy page has the one paragraph on that.
Before you write
The support page covers the questions that come up most, including the settings that keep the alarm ringing on each platform. It is worth a look before writing, in case the answer is already there.
