Help
Start with the problem if you have one. Otherwise, pick a topic and read how that part of Dawnling works, with screenshots from the app.
The alarm didn't go off.
This is the one thing I always want to hear about, even if you think it
was your own doing. The
alarm reliability page has the checklist
for your phone. If it still stayed quiet, email
hello@dawnling.app with your phone
model and roughly when it should have rung, and I will dig into it.

How Dawnling is built
Dawnling is a pixel-art alarm clock made by one person in Hamburg. A little candle called Wick wakes up when you do, then walks you into your morning: a short wake mission if you want one, a routine if you set one, and a room that fills up with the dewdrops you earn by showing up.
- Free. No subscription, no ads, no way to buy dewdrops.
- No account. Nothing to sign up for; everything lives on your phone.
- No streaks. A missed morning costs nothing. Wick slept in too.
- No network. The app makes zero requests. See Your data.
